The Best Phone In The World

I probably should start by naming the samsung S5 or LG's G3 phone and tell you just how awesome they are because of how much RAM or processing power they have or possibly
embrace the idea of their near lag free execution of programs or graphically intensive games...I could also include Apple's iPhone 5S or The new OnePlus, but I still won't be doing any justice to detailing the truth as to why these devices truly stand out as the best in its class or best in the world. Granted, it's not that these phones or brands don't border on amazing , but if we look more critically, they still leave more to be desired. So it wouldn't be so simple to name one particular phone as the best in the world. Now here is where it gets better...
The best phone in the world, would be a phone that has the perfect screen size ( probably between some 4.0" to around 4.7"), which would provide just enough screen real estate, but not uncomfortable to hold for one handed operations. Great viewing angling would be a plus but for the regular consumer that won't matter much. A vibrant screen would also be welcome ( looking at Samsung's Amoled technology here), which in itself would make pictures and videos 'pop' when you stare at the device, be it in passing or when you actually want to get some work out of the device. Secondly, the weight of the device should be noticabely adapted to long use. I remember the first time i held the iPhone 5, I was plain amazed.

Sorry i digress, but seriously the way it feels should be more light that heavy, more solid than rigid.  Some people plain want a heavy phone but over time or when introduced to something more comfortable they instantly know and feel the difference ( I can testify to that).
Asides the weight, the next and almost most important feature would be the battery life. If one looks back to the days of feature phones, the ones without Internet connectivity or large screen or even bright colored screen, we didn't have to run from pillar to post looking for a 'juice box' or electrical output for a quick and necessary charge or wake up in the morning forgetting to have charged your device to 100% and not throw a fit.  Now, every 2 or 3 hours, the phone gives some sort of notification alerting you about the battery level. So yes the battery life of our device is pretty paramount in selecting a best- in-its- class kind of device

Thirdly and my personal favorite would be the "ecosystem". In simple terms, its would mean the kind of software solution tied to your device. Be it the Apple IOS, Android, Windows or Windows phone ( that is still being sorted out ) and lastly blackberry. The ecosystem would determine the kind of application support you get and how functional the device would ultimately become. These days , Android seems to be getting the lion share of new adopters or customers because of its ease of use and less security restrictions. This on its own brings in a log of debate as to which platform rules them all.

Some would agree the Windows phone platform is buttery smooth but would also say like "it has no apps",the iPhone users would argue that their applications are way better than their Android and Windows phone counterparts. Although, the best phone in the world still probably doesn't exist, a  lot of devices come pretty close to what some of us would categorize as a darn sweet device. I would say my personal best is Samsung's Galaxy note 3 but i utterly hate the system default notepad or how the videos don't just play with the default camera app and always has to ask for a new player every time one is installed. Other would argue that the iPhone 5s takes the cake ( I would say it is probably the most intricately designed phone). But at the end, it's all up to the user, because he knows best what is possibly the best phone to him.
